lynatiOkay, so, here is the earth I realized that if I waited to send out my stocking presents until I did holiday cards to go in them that it would be ANOTHER year (or two) before I got anything sent out. And it may be another year until I successfully mail these suckers, but in the meantime, YOUR PRESENTS FOR 2008 and 2009 HAVE BEEN SENT.

If you're expecting a present from me, you are probably getting one. If you're not expecting a present from me, you might be getting one. If you're expecting a present from me and you DON'T get one, ping me. 'Tis the season for giving, after all. But be prepared, what comes from the depths of my brains as what constitutes a "suitable" gift? It may scare you. It might BOGGLE YOUR MIND.
Except for you, Aaron and Mara. OMG YOURS AREN'T WRAPPED YET!!1?1! (I think that chocolate shake at Wendy's might have had a little too much sugar in it.) There's a post office across from the train station, I'll try to get it out tomorrow.
I am headed to Virginia tomorrow, and will be in the VA / MD area until at least the 26th. ANYONE IN VIRGINIA OR MARYLAND WANNA GET TOGETHER AND HAVE DINNER? I PROMISE TO NOT TALK IN ALL CAPITALS. Anyone interested? What days are you free?
Things left to do:
*Tonight's transcription assignment finished at about 5am. x_x
*Laundry done! actually, I forgot to put the last load into the dryer until right before I left for the train. x_x, redux.
*Wrap gifts for two sets of former roommates, and for Allaine and Allison. [failed to do, but since I'm planning on handing them those gifts instead of mailing them, it's not so much of a loss.]
*Wrap gifts for my family. done! ...the following morning.
*CD for my dad. [not entirely done. Could not find where I put my Richard Shindell files. : P ]
*Pack Done, also at the last minute. Bachue: ...you almost forgot to pack pants, Lyn. Me: But it still got done!
*Empty trash, change cat litter. done and done. [again, the following morning]
*DO THE DISHES. edited, 8:15 - done!
*Register new copy of Microsoft Office ...darnit.
*Figure out whether or not I am taking the Black Box of Doom with me on vacation. too much stuff already, plus making crazy amvs can wait a couple weeks.
*Hug a fuzzy cat done!
*post in LJ seeing who may want to get together in VA and hang out and maybe eat Chinese food done!
*Take out the compost tomorrow before I leave [...realized I missed that one half way to the train station.]
*Mail Aaron and Mara's gifties out. [Also failed to do- I didn't get them wrapped. I did, however, set up a Facebook account. ... ...yeah, I don't know quite how that happened either.]
*OMG GREETING CARDS. [I remembered to pack them! And to save a copy of my address file over to my laptop!]
