Philly is nice. I'm here visiting my sister, and Emambu who just had his birthday. Still having some problems with my sleep, although the woman sitting next to me on the second leg of the flight here turned out to be a mind-body psychologist and she told me a couple things about my breathing that actually make a lot of sense. Unfortunately, distracting my brain takes a bit more than that. I intend to check out the Schuykil school on Monday, and see what there is to see of them.

I need to call Allaine tomorrow. er, later today. *wave*

Chinatown = much food love from Lynati. zomg, $5 for a bowl of Pho that is enough to feed me for two meals (which is enough for a whole day and part of the next for me recently.)
