good news: I more or less fixed my sleep schedule.

bad news: I got kicked out of Cromwell's class last night for falling asleep in it, and he made me feel bad about it, too. "Go disrespect someone's else's class". I left very quickly, since he would have gone on had I stayed or dwaddled, and I didn't want to hear it. Plus, I really didn't have an excuse beyond pure exhaustion and the fact I didn't sleep last night, which he would not have accepted even had I tried to offer them. So I didn't.

...But in this case I am not letting it bother me too bad, for several factors

1) I almost left after he wrapped up the notes for "The conversation", figuring I could get someone to give me the notes for "Raging Bull" tomorrow before the test in time enough to study...but then he mentioned he was doing a "wrap-up" tonight and I wanted to hear that. Yeah, okay, and get my last test back, but that was more for me so I wouldn't do badly on the next.

2) The time he caught me was about the 25th time I'd been asleep that night. I was exhausted, and repeatedly falling asleep IN THE MIDDLE OF WRITING SENTENCES. I'd snap out of it, and there would be a quasi-word witha trailing of scribble a good inch long each time when my brain closed off and my hand relaxed. I think i was only caught because I switched propping my head on my other wrist, and thus no longer had a pencil in-hand.

But I don't like him thinking I am disresepcting him. I went right home and to bed, since I figured if I tried to do my notes outside of class I'd just fall asleep again, and I didn't want to face him to get my test back afterwards, even for study purposes, for fear he'd yell at me more.

The last test is tonight, and I have to decipher my notes from last night, and study them. the registrar's office wouldn't give me Bill Lane's number to call and get notes, but they did call him for me and leave my number.

He, of course, had called before I got back hime, but apprently they included that I needed notes; he left his number but I got a machine when i called back. I left one. Hopefully this will work out.

In the meantime, I have studying to do, as well as my report on 'one flew over the cuckoo's nst', which I now have on DVD and will be watching momentarily.

Bad news: I didn't get ahold of Bill in time to arrange note-borrowing

Good news: I got to class early enough to use Andy's, and garnered the anwsers to a few questions I otherwise would have missed on the test.

Bad news: I didn't get to the last pages of his notes, and I know of at least two questions I got wrong, 1 other I winged an may have gotten partial credit, and 2 that had 4-part anwseres each that I may get full, partial, or no credit for.

Good news: I got a 100% on my last test, expecting to have gotten 3 wrong, and as long as I got 5 or less wrong on this test, I'll still average an "A"

Oh-crap-I-forgot-to-account-for-that news: the take-home on "one flew over the cuckoo's nest" counts, too, so that might bring me down a bit; probably going to get a B or higher; might still make an overall A for the class.
