Aug. 3rd, 2003 12:41 amback in MO now. just in from a 14 hour train ride, as of a shower and a half ago.
Michigan was good. Glass casting rocked, and visiting artist paul Marioni was very interesting.
I've been mean to my hands.
photos of some of the glass art that I did will at some point forthcoming, though I may wait on the blown glass femal torso and the montreal puppy casting to have done proefessionally in december by Jeff Bruce.
my god, have I been mean to my hands. they are enjoying hand lotion right now, and I was not aware that the skin on one's hands was capable of itself having orgasm. who knew?
the sock burn marks on my wrist are almost healed. the burns on the back of my index finger ripped open today on baggage.
that's pretty much it.

oh, and I called Cat and Hecate from camp a while back. I was feelign out of sorts, and more out of sorts when I realized I can't call to confide in anyone on my printed phone list. everyone on it is either unwilling to talk to me, I'm too upset to talk to them, or they have work early in the morning and can't take 12 midnight phonecalls. Or just plain not someoen I wanted to bother with my little mental skeeways.
but then- huzzah! a phone number elsewhere. Nikki listed to me mumble for a while, then started dictating the current IRC chat with Hudson and Zaius in it for me.
Yeah, I asked her to.
am I really that sad?
is it really sad, at all, or just weird?
oh, and I'm not evicted after all. not yet.
and apparently Elaine is moving back Missouri side. not to KC. I need to anwser her earlier quedtion now that I have comp access, and see if she's goign to be close enough to visit.
