so, yeah, I had set my alarm for 10 am, and that worked fine, except that I repeatedly hit the snooze button for the next three hours and didn't get up until 3:30 in the afternoon.

was in studio by 4pm (after grabbing my laundry from downstairs)...took a break from about 6-7:30ish to grab dinner and talk to Regina. took a shower and went back to the grind.

So, yeah, it was about 4 am when I realized I wasn't going to be able to finish tonight, but that was okay becasue the due-in-to-the-gallery dates are Weds and Thurs, not Tues and Weds, so I still have an extra day. still tried to pull it off, but I started to really ground down around 6 and although I had resigned myself to not sleeping tonight, realized that I could not manage without it.
so, 6;30 in the morning I head home, my sole consolation for the late hour and unfinished work being the dead-gorgeous easter egg pastel painted sky of the almost-risen sun on my left, and the gold-blurred moon, still high on the horizon, to my right.

Not toobad, all things considered, and if I remeber to pick up thge digital camera I reserved for today, there might even be pictures soon.
