thought I ought to update
Jan. 4th, 2009 03:51 am* New Year's Party was fun; got to hang with fun people and hear interesting stories and saw Murder by Death and drank some butterscotch schnapps. Oh, and I got to go out to dinner with nifty people (namely Suzanne and Mark and Jen) beforehand.
* Ran errands yesterday and wound up shopping- between Ross and the sale at the Dress Barn I now have several new pairs of courderoy pants, which should nicely replace most of the pants that (literally) fell apart in the last few months. Oh, and frilly underwear, yaye! And cute brown shoes that fit, of which I hadn't been able to find since I decided I wanted a pair of such after seeing Sara's over a year ago. (Yeeeah, I don't shop all that often.)
* Finally sorted out the titles for the current bits of the LNU, and I am satisfied for the time being. Which hopefully means it will help properly keep the chronology slotted in my head and I can just focus on writing now.
* Um.
* Yeah, that's pretty much it.
* Oh, just re-read all of Shinga's comic, HEAD TRIP, in the hopes of getting an idea for fan-art ideas that don't suck. I have no ideas, more art jealousy, and the urge to actually work on Crossing The Line. Only I'm too tired to do so just now as it is 4am and I feel sleep calling out to me like the sirens of old.
