Aug. 11th, 2007 12:17 pmSo I have gained gainful employment, that as a contract transcriber for a market research company. (And thanks to Erik, Lou, and Doug for their involvement in what led to this.)
And my brain is a bastard.
**WARNING- THE FOLLOWING WAS JUST A DREAM. JUUUUST A DREAM.**
So last night I had this dream that I was already working to transcribe audio and such, and I got a new slew of minutes to do and they were gargs voice actors, mostly Thom Adcox, and they were commentary tracks for the remaining episodes not on DVD. As in, if they were recording these tracks, then they were making a DVD of the second half of season two to be released. and I was SO excited, and felt all spiffy for having a scoop on it, and resolved not to tell anyone.
And then I woke up and realized it was just a dream. And then my brain also pointed out, why would they need a *transcription* of what was recorded? ...well, maybe for subtitles for the hearing impaired, I guess that could still make sense. But still, there's no explanation for why Thom would be doing commentary on Golem.
Bad brain! Bad! So cruel, teasing me like that. *sniff*
Anyway, I've got a small family reunion this weekend so I'll be Away From Keyboard (and the rest of my computer) until Sunday night or so.
