So, I decided to go back and do a little more work on Con Planning 101. Which I did. and then Eden came through with a six-page long "Art Head" complition, which I dutifully copied, spell-checked, annotated, and included into the list.

Kyt, Dreamie, if either of you see those before I climb on IM later tonight (its now 6am. huzzah.) to poke you about this, will you take a look and offer some opinions?

Already there are still some things I want to change (uh, outside of the Art Head/Room) but I am tired and there is enough worth going over for it to be posted now.

I think I'm going to write Christine Morgan about the dealer's room; I know she drafted a relaly useful email about it two years ago that has since been lost.

Marketing/Advertising I think I need to talk to Jen about, if I dare (she still scares me) and probably Kathy. It is a new addition to my staff list compilation- a very deserving one- and combines the two aspects on which 2003 overlooked the most.

Registration is simple, just need to do the hours, and the referencing of the first of two message boards. Not everyone hits the consuite, but everyone has to come through reg.

I want to do a bit more detailed work-up of events, maybe draw up a list of what each con held. (actually, I'd prefer to link schedules for each, but I'll have to probably poke individual people to help with that; even before the packing I am not sure where I stuck everyhting, although I did successfully locate the LA con booklet right where I expected it.)

other staff positions need tweaking. all of it needs tweaking, really, but some need serious work. especially vice con chair.
