More Packing

Regina and her family moved to California over three and half months ago, and I have yet to hear from her. She knows I was planning on moving in september, and that I'd be away from the apartment for a time before that.

So, in light of the "I haven't heard a word from you when you promised to call as soon as you got settled, and I doubt I'll hear from you within the next week", I'm going to pack the bowl and pitcher set I said I'd keep for her and give them to my aunt, who was begging me for them when she visited me for graduation.

*shrug*

loyalty beyond a certain point just becomes stupidity.

Late Night

I overlsept and got up right at three pm, when I was supposed to see Bambi. Rush-rush to get down to the ARC, and I get a note from one of my ceramics cohorts who is manning the desk tat Bambi forgot she had a doctor's appointment, and would I mind pushing it back to Tuesday?

Not a problem.

Back home, work on typing up my short story for class. Rush-rush to print out 13 copies of a 2 and a little extra-page story, 10 minutes late to class, and the teacher doesn't realize I had copies for everyone, so we didn't get to it tonight, and it turns out tonight was the last night for group crits. *sigh*

I sense a theme.

Still haven't started my aesthetics paper, but I was surprised how easily the writing came when I had to do it. Pressure helps me, it truly does.


Still not sure exactly how my summer plans are going to go. Norcumi still hasn't been in touch *CoughCoughIknowI'mNotBeingSubtleCough* so I'm not sure if I'm still invited over there, or what days I can manage to go if I am, what with the funeral my Dad and his wife are going to, and the fact that Emambu, who has so graciously offered to drive me and my computer back home after the con, is being dragged in for Cat-sitting duty by his brother. It can be put off a couple days, if needed, he says.

Eh, we can work it out at the con, I guess. At least, I think they're still going...

I've gotten faster using the mouse left-handed; my right wrist is much better, if not at peak form. and I made my tail base today. still having some issues with my gloves, or rather, lack of them. I just hope I can get it sorted out before the con.

feel oogy. went to bed earlier, semi-napped for a couple hours, and then got back up to type my final paper that is due tomorrow.
