Nggghhaahhh!
Grrr arrr Rum and Monkey.

so, in starting my recent wyvern-castle project, I made the assumption that the animators would have figured out at leat the topside baqsic layout of the castle, so they'd only have to do backgrounds for each part once as needed.
it seemed logical.
but the animators apparently went with the even MORE logical, "if we just re-use a single background of the castle for different parts of it, we won't even have to draw some of the backgrounds ONCE!"
we see Elisa fall from the very front of the castle, off of the outer gatehouse- the little one. We see this, her looking up at it as she falls. If she'd fallen from the big gatehouse one she'd have smacked into the pavestones of the outer ward of the castle before Goliath could catch her, and we'd have a much less interesting series.
Only, the staircase she came out of, the one bronx followed her up from, and the taller architecture with the arrow-slits we see in the foreground of that shot? They don't exist on the smaller gatehouse, only the larger one.
three cheers for the animators, for giving my obsessive-compulsive complex something to self-destruct on! Yaye!
oh. While I'm here...
