Apr. 22nd, 2004 02:59 amso, my last two fingers on my rioght hand are bound together and to my wrist with duct tape now, seeing as I am out of athletic tape.
and I'm home 3 hours later than I predicted, not because I didn't my factor my time wisely, but becuase I'm so out of practice doing small detail work that around 11 pm my hand started cramping up so badly it became painful to hold the paintbrush, and I had to keep stopping to shake out my hand and run hot water over it and such. I would have finished all, but Cara finished up early and offered me a ride home when I still had a good 30 min left of work on the very last tile. and I figured, eh, I'm not turning up the kiln until tomorrow night, and this piece is already bone-dry.
so, two days to finish up the Gaheris mask and Rapture, if I want them in Bronze, and I have to talk to Whitworth or Wickerson about the casting itself.
and then back to the other waxes. and finished'ing that last hand mold. and getting to the UMKC library to get a shwa-load of my cancer research done. and getting an eye appointment. and putting in a phone order or something to Cast-tech and having them deliver me some more stuff.
and I need a shower 'cause I smell, and I need sleep 'casue I'm tired, but my walkman recovered from being dropped in the bucket of water 3 days ago, it just misplaced all the pre-sets.
